McVitie's Digestive Biscuits, 8.8-Ounce Pack (Pack of 6)

Great packing - no crumbs !

I ordered a 7 pack of the Digestives. There was a delay of 3 day for the delivery and when they finally arrived 4 of the 7 individual packs had a portion of the package seam open with more than half of the biscuits crushed.Although the product was visibly damaged, they were fine in taste. Possible product was old or handled roughly causing the damage.

A favorite store where I regularly bought these went out of business. Big loss. I bought at least 6 at a time because they were hard to find at a good price. There is no substitute for McVitties. These were fresh, crisp and wonderful. There were a few cracked edges and ends but not an issue. Best of all, they were the same price as the favorite store. A total Win Win.

I love this, i sometimes go to indian store but i dont find it at times, i wish safeway etc all keep it. These are the best biscuits but unfortunately very very bad packing. these are pretty brittle and it breaks easily, this time i got with about 5 of the packs almost fully crushed, 3 were total powdered. I would never take it again from amazon, i get it way cheaper in indian groceries, just that stock there keeps getting over and i have to find the right time to get it . but it is better than eating powder. So somehow review is complicated, since the product is good and amazon has nothing to do with it, the only thing amazon has to do is handling and shipping, which is very badly done. So unfortunately my bad rating will affect the product, but please remember this is a good product, i am giving bad rating for amazon handling and shipping ONLY.

After eating several of these crackers, I decided to upgrade my review from the earlier one star, which I deleted, to the current four stars. If the crackers did not break and crumb so easily, I would give them five stars. I am quite taken with this snack now! Possibly it is the sugar content I am enjoying. Please read the label if you must monitor your sugar intake.Also, I gave one of the tubes to a friend who likes them. I wish they were not brittle on the one hand, but I would not enjoy them as much if they lacked their crispness! They do make very fine crumbs, so I recommend eating them over a plate. Possibly I will share these crackers at bookclub after all!I like that the seven packages came sealed together in plastic.

British husband all freaked out about not being able to get his much needed home food after TFG (his name shall not be spoken) takes over our country and we are thrown into the dark ages. At least we can go out with a nice cuppa Yorkshire tea and a McVitie's biscuits. As Rome burns.Well packed. No broken pieces.

Cookies are delicious and great with tea. However, I bought a 7 pack and use by on the package is 2 months from now.

McVitie's Digestive Biscuits have been my go-to in the morning with a cup of coffee. They're not too sweet but just sweet enough to make you feel like you're indulging a little. I used to give them to my kids when they were growing up instead of cookies since they have less sugar than most other cookies and now as adults they still love them!
