It works and soothes, without any anaesthetic ingredients
This product is almost entirely old-fashioned paraffin. It works, soothing itches and making it possible to think of something else! It is particularly useful at night, enabling sleep instead of torment. As ever with paraffin, there is a high risk of fire and the product does not entirely wash out of fabrics, even when you think that it has gone. So take care and get rid of that itch and dryness with this excellent ointment.

Clears except fast!!!!
This cream/ ointment is amazing!!!for months I had bad itchy legs, I tried everything going even an oil to try & combat my problem. Then a friend suggested this ointment & luckily was on offer. In 2 days my legs had improved so much & stopped itching as well. I would say the only down side is it looks & feels abit like vaseline on applying, but more pluses!! Definitely recommend & a tub does last a while even though it's only medium sized !!!!

As effective as petrolleum jelly
Not mind blowing, nice and greasy. Best used at night time as transfers grease on clothes and objects. Smells like typical paraffin products. Petrolleum jelly is much cheaper. So if you're looking for a greasy moisturiser it'll save you a bit of money.

Silky Smooth Skin Essential
After trying this product, I'm hooked! I apply it post-bath or shower, especially after shaving, and the results are amazing. My skin feels incredibly smooth and silky, with zero dryness. However, it's worth noting that this product is a bit greasy and takes some time to absorb, so I avoid wearing it with satin clothing to prevent any marks. Also, be cautious around leather furniture, as it can leave grease marks (although easily removed). I primarily use it as a moisturiser, and it's perfect for that purpose. The lack of scent is a plus for me. The packaging is well-done, and delivery was prompt. I'll definitely be purchasing again!

The product quality is outstanding. Exactly what I needed for my work.
As an emollient: Apply to dry skin areas as often as required, smooth gently into the skin. As a soap substitute: Take a small amount from the tub. lather it under warm water when washing or in the shower. As a bath additive: Melt about 4g (a teaspoon) in hot water in a suitable container, then add to the bath. For best results, we recommend applying the ointment to slightly damp skin after bathing or showering. For any specific areas needing extra care, apply before bed to promote skin repair whilst you sleep.

Feel/look around the bottom of the lid/neck of container and find the tab with the arrow on it. This little tab is on the end of a sealing strip that has to be removed. Pull this tab as far as you can in the direction of the arrow. I use the handle of a teaspoon to prise the end of the sealing strip as far as it will go. Then grab the sealing strip end with a pair of pliers and pull it away - then unscrew the lid. I struggle - even though I am an avid crafter with strong and agile hands. I cannot wait for the day this wonderful ointment is sold in a glass jar with a metal screw-on lid.
