Beware of the Voltage required
Instructions were not clear. Pay attention to the voltage required for this machine. This machine would trip our circuit each tine we turned it on. In order to use it, we needed to get an electrician to install a dedicated breaker. That would be an additional $700. So I returned it.

Works great, no complaints
Was hesitant at first to buy since I've seen so many mixed reviews, and this is a lot of money. But I have had all positive experiences with other products from Vevor and decided to give it a try.Very happy with the purchase tho. I have had no issues, very easy to use and cleaning isn't so bad either. Consistency is perfect and really like the keep fresh feature so that I don't have to leave it fully running 24 hours a day. Would definitely recommend.

Wanted to love this, will need a bigger model if it’s to work for our large family
We wanted to love this!! The ice cream is great, but two problems, the machine is very loud while it’s making the ice cream in addition to constantly beeping and the biggest problem is that it only makes 3 cups at a time then you have to wait for 15 minutes for it to make more before serving the rest of your group. My grandkids were crazy about it but it won’t work for us. Also, each time you clean it it measures the water you run through IT and add that to the number of servings you’ve made lol so it looked like we made a ton but mostly we were cleaning it thoroughly. Considering the bigger size but that one is even heavier than this monster so no sure if it’s worth it.

Beware
Just bought this machine recently, the nameplate said input 220v but the machine come with 110v wire with no plug. The vevor customer service is terrible. Ask one thing but asnwer differrent thing. They make us wait at least 10hrs or up to 3 days to get back to you.Still figure out how to make it work….

I bought this and never used it- when I did decide to use it all the Freon gas leaked out-they would not replace it- they told me I had to get it fixed-when I contacted people to fix it-they said it’s not fixable-it’s poorly put together- I went through so many hoops to get them to replace-they would not do it- I do not recommend
