I did not like this product. I would not have given it any stars but this program will not advance without a rating. I took one a day for three days. It made me jittery and I felt like I had a caffeine rush. By the afternoon it would ware off and my energy levels would plummet. I wish I had not bought three bottles of the stuff. I have closed the one bottle and don’t intend to open the other bottles. The site says it cannot be returned. So, I am out of my money as well as stuck with a product that I know I will throw away. No one likes to throw away money.
