Got this to replace my usual thought I’d give it a go, nails seem stronger to soon to say no breaks so far.

These are excellent value for money with 365 tablets, one per day. So an entire year's supply in a single bottle. And the tablets are relatively small so are very easy to swallow. I'll give them 5 stars.

I was slightly sceptical before taking these, I was having extreme hair loss due to dieting but I've been taking these for few months now and I feel the amount of hair in the shower or in my hair brush is a lot less, thankfully!

The supplement jar contains a whopping 365 tablets which will last you the whole year as the serving size is one per day. The tablets themselves are tiny so no problem with swallowing and they have no aftertaste. I would think that they would even suit anyone who normally has a problem with taking large capsules or tablets. Biotin is one of the B vitamins which, I understand, is needed for metabolism and energy production in the body as well as being well known for hair and skin health.The dose is a 12,000mg and the tablets are Vegan friendly. Taking into account the quantity of tablets and the high strength, in my opinion, they are very good value. I team mine up with Zinc for added effectiveness as it seems to work well for me with the Biotin.

Little pills which is great as a lot nowadays are huge pills you can barely swallow, these are nice and easy to consume, I just have them at the same time as my evening meds. They don’t make me nauseated while I digest them and you get a good supply in the container. My nails remain as bad as they’ve always been and no impact noticed on my hair yet, will update this review if I see a change

I've been taking biotin for a long time to help with my hair. This one seems like a good choice with a high mcg of biotin a great price and a years supply in the bottle easy to take and no aftertaste. Hair growth takes around 6 months to take effect so I will see how I get on

Biotin has really helped me to maintain strong and healthy nails. I also find it helps with my hair being stronger and growing quicker.This supplement lasts a year which is excellent value for money and I highly recommend this.
