Nice radio. reception is good. at the time of this review Tornado Warning in my area. Power is out. but i am currently listening to Pittsburgh weather radio. battery powered came in handy didn't expect to use already this early i the season. Battery life seems to be good. i haven't had to replace yet and i have used a considerable amount so far

Weather band is excellent, and AM/FM radio, earphone jack works perfectly! Might should have additional batteries, due to weather conditions, as backup plan! I use it on-the-go, works very well!

My husband loves it, my only complaint is that it's not solar-powered.

This Prunus J166 with weather and ONLY equipped with weather is only good for weather and AM. The FM portion will pull in the stations but play with distortion at ANY volume. Prunus is well aware of this after they finally got back to me. There is a glitch in the models equipped with the weather band. If you plan to use FM please pass. Honestly this should be disclosed or pulled.

This radio is as amazing as the past reviewers say. The Weather Band is perfect. The AM and FM radio sensitivity is excellent. The speaker sound is also excellent. The best value in an AM FM WB Radio on Amazon. I love this radio as a backup for natural disasters.

I purchased this to replace another radio. This radio is perfect. It's clear reception and lightweight will be great during Hurricane season when we lose power. I even use it during my work day for music.

Good value. Small easy to use and store. We get a lot of power out so bought for that reason.
