Amazing was getting pain in the soles of my feet- especially when first stepping out of bed. Have used a combination of the foot roller, the hard ball to zero in on the painful points and the spikier one - after just three days the pain has lessened by about 50%. It’s worth a try for sure. I read a lot of reviews before buying which helped me make up my mind!

Problems with one of my feet. Doesn't cure it - or not so far - but gives a good degree of pain relief. Also, the grandchildren think they're great toys!

Reminds me of my dogs toys. Everything is okay and comfortable except for large spiky ball. Hard as brick and hurts my foot. Don’t use and gave to dogs to play with.

Swift delivery. The roller is quite effective for plantar fasciitis. I find the balls a bit hard and spikey. Consistent exercise and stretching is key I think.

If I'm being honest, I only really use the roller type one, it's fantastic. Whether it helps with Plantar Faciitis, I honestly couldn't tell you, I've still got it! But it does feel nice after a day on your feet to roll this underneath, it relieves the strain and I think that would go for everyone, PF or not, it's very soothing. The spiky ball is... ok, just I'm very aware not to put my foot down on it fully, very light massaging and I feel the smooth one might have been better if it was a little smaller, so you could get it right into the arch. But overall a good set and a decent price. Like I said, whether you've got PF or not, this isn't going to "cure" anything, but it definitely helps and gives some immediate relief.
