I love this powder. It’s the first one I’ve found that actually feels like an affordable , healthy dupe for a higher end powder I’ve used for years (b**e m******s). It doesn’t feel as thick as that one, either. I like that I can adjust the level of coverage. I live in a hotter climate and use it with an SPF moisturizer, but I think if you live in a colder climate, you might need a little more moisturizer. It wasn’t drying on me at all- just thinking that based on having lived in various climates before and the texture of the powder. It feels and looks more like my skin. It took a little getting used to it being just a touch more natural of a look as I was used to slightly more coverage, but when I used the other powder once since using this one, the old one now feels too heavy and thick. I am 40, with medium skin that can go to a lighter medium in the winter and a darker medium in the summer. I have combination skin that’s usually well controlled, though I did have a recent breakout due to something I ate, and this powder covered well on top of my zinc moisturizer without making the breakout worse. I found luminous to work well, though might need to go up a shade as I’m in the sun more. It’s a nice balance between matte but not flat. I also like their two-pack eye shadow palettes with the matte shades.

I can't believe how much I like this powder. I got this color and malibu as I wasn't sure which color would match my skin color the best. This was a little dark on me but I just finish it with a finishing powder and it looks great. This powder has great coverage. I have rosacea and lots of melasma. Of course the powder alone completely covers it all but if I wanted, I could go with just this powder but if I really wanted to cover it all up really well, I use a cream foundation with it. This powder works just as well as the expensive stuff and best of all, it doesn't contain any palm oil. And as an environmentalist, I don't have as much guilt when I'm done with the product because all that's left is the small piece of plastic, which I believe is recyclable.I was using a very expensive non toxic name brand powder before and my skin just didn't look good at all. All my pores and wrinkles and dry skin were accentuated. I thought this was just how my face looked. Then I switched to this powder and my skin looks so much better, younger and all my flaws aren't accentuated and you can't tell I have very dry skin. The more expensive brand also used so much packaging, I wanted to switch for that reason alone.I'm asian with medium skin tone and yellow undertone. The malibu shade looks best on me but this color will probably look better on me during the summer. I'm so happy I discovered this foundation and brand, it's so hard to find good makeup that's non toxic, vegan and with no palm oil and affordable.

I don’t wear makeup often, but I needed some for an event and lost the expensive one I did have. I’ve always had issues with wearing makeup where after a few hours I get headaches and eye irritation. And that’s with the good stuff. So I thought about trying a natural foundation to see if that helped and this stuff worked. I wore it for several hours over the course of two days and had no issues whatsoever! It was very light so it hardly felt like I was wearing anything at all, and those around me said it looked real nice! By the end of the day, it still looked really clean and fresh! I would definitely recommend this to others in need of a nice, natural foundation!

I like this foundation it is light enough to wear in Florida which always has humidity!! I also like that I can buy this refill for my compact and not waste money on having to buy a full compact each time.

I love this mineral powder foundation. I've bought it several times. I've never liked liquid foundation and being in my 50s now, I definitely can't use liquid. This powder gives just enough coverage to take away any shininess and smooth out my complexion without it being cakey or thick. I even tried the more expensive ones like Bare Minerals. It was too cakey.

I purchased this item a few years ago. It was a nice clean brand. It smelled like lavender which was very appealing if you like that scent. It applied nice and looked nice. The only flaw I had with this powder was if you face got wet at all it burns your eyes and even when I would remove this product with my coco kind face wash. I unfortunatly would not be purchasing again. I hope that issue gets resolved otherwise I would have continued to purchase. Its not easy finding clean products that always work. Its a hit or miss but its always worth the try to find whats right for your skin everyones is different.

This is my 2nd HBG pressed Powder Foundation, and I love it! I have normal to dry skin with a sometimes oily T zone. I get occasional hormonal breakouts, and it covers them pretty well. It does nit conceal age/sun spots or freckles.Yuka app scores it a 90/100 which is excellent! It's a safe and clean product that provides lightweight, buildable coverage. I love it and highly recommend it for those who want to keep a natural look with the comfort of a great foundation!Sorry about the awkward picture, was trying to get proper lighting. And I'm awkward, lol.
