Great natural food dye! Doesn’t take much and it’s vibrant. I don’t use it for the health benefits but apparently there are some? The benefit of it being vibrant is it doesn’t take much so it doesn’t affect flavor

Impossible to get out of pouch neatly- and no where near 30 servings
I had this delivered January 24. I make shakes for my husband and myself (wellover 2 years and various powders) to date I have used 10 servings and there is definitely not 20 more servings in the pouch. The pouch is so tight- taking the measuring spoon out, leaving it in, I have tried everything. horribly messy and wasteful and maybe that’s where the other 20 servings went.The taste is nil because we have other ingredients- which is great, I don’t notice a smell

Love this in protein smoothies
Blue spiraling has the same benefits as green but absolutely no flavor. I put it in protein smoothies. Because there is no flavor this can be used for baking when you want blue color but don't want to use food dye. Color wise, it's a bright vibrant blue. Keep it away from your white clothes - it will wash out but it likes to longer on white fabric.
