Everything you'd expect from a Yale product
Not much to say, a solid door handle that blows my old one away. It's heavy and once installed tough to break through. It looks nice as well. I thought I would have issues in installing as my door and handle are very old so a non-standard size, however this is well designed to fit almost any lock.Installation takes a little time but ok once you follow the instructions.I would highly recommend this as a replacement door lock.

Solver the issue with replacing old handle
Bit fiddly to install and align with euro cylinder, but really sturdy product with lots of fitting options

inconsistent product
Bought 2 at the same time. 1 is perfect. 1 after a few months there is white corrosion coming from the spindle area, and the actual gold colour is fading from the handle itself. They are on the same double door (1 on each leaf) so its not as if one is getting more rain or more sun than the other. There obviously seems to be some kind of quality issue as the handles are not equal

Great Idea, Somebody should have thought of it sooner
Early signs are exceedingly encouraging. Rapid dispatch and delivery of a quality product bearing a trusted name. To be honest the instructions could have been a little clearer, and the process was a bit fiddly for my stubby fingers but 20 minutes saw the old, saggy, handles off and the new universal fit handles on. Looking good, and I have total faith in the brand.

When it arrived it was huge far too big for our front door we had to send it back

You will probably have to pay for someone to install it
The overall look is very good, however the instructions were complicated. I paid for someone to install this item as I lost the will to live.
