I had to repaint a few rooms and was really focused on getting those clean, sharp lines between the walls and ceiling, and this tape delivered perfectly.The biggest selling point for me was that it doesn’t leave any sticky residue behind when you peel it off, and it really lived up to that promise. I’ve used other tapes in the past that either tear the paint when I pull them off or leave a tacky layer that I have to scrub off, which is such a pain. Brilliant tape. I always buy Frog tape of different widths because it's so handy and does a really good job. It's sticky enough to hold things but peels off easily and cleanly. I always use it on my Cricut mats for holding things down, and because it's such good quality, I find that I can reuse it a few times over before throwing it away. Highly recommended.

I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this was compared to regular masking tape. It helped create straight lines for my black ceiling after several attempts with other methods. The tape removed the excess cleanly and was easy to use. But don't leave it on for too long as thinner paints can peel away after being dry for to long. The tape is sticky but easily moved if you need to adjust.

I always use Frogtape when I'm decorating and would never go back to using the bog-standard masking tape, this is far superior to use and works much better. I've used it taping to the flooring when I'm painting skirting boards, taping to walls when I'm painting a band/stripe, taping up doors and windows when I'm painting and waxing frames, taping up furniture when I'm sanding, taping up door handles and sinks and taps when I'm sanding and waxing. It's easy to tear off with your hands and sticks well (sometimes you need to make sure you press it down firmly on certain surfaces). When I've used it on walls, it doesn't remove the existing paint. It's a staple of my decorating supplies.

It’s used to seal the gaps around our garage door as we don’t take the car out often and the garage stays warmer. If we do drive out then this tape keeps its shape and can be reused too many times to number.

Excellent product dose the job well but to expensive.

I ran out of masking tape while decorating and with no time to get the shop, I needed next day/prime delivery. I was reluctant to buy cheap masking tape without seeing it so chose the more expensive option based on fairly good reviews. I'm pleased I did!I used this to protect my amtico floor while glossing skirting boards. (Please note that the product states this is meant to be used for EMULSION paint and can have unpredictable results if used with gloss - but i was prepared to take the risk.)I got a nice neat edge and no paint seemed to seep through. Much better than the masking tape I used the night before!I will be using this to protect the newly glossed skirting and get a straight edge when emulsioning the walls.In fact I will, from now on, only ever use this when I come to decorate anything.Comes in a plastic tub, which at first I thought was unnecessary packaging, but actually it's good for when I stored it away with the decorating kit and I'm sure it'll keep the tape from drying out.I think the green tape is brilliant and wortb paying the extra for (over cheap masking tape) anyway.Update: having bought (and reviewed) the green multisurface variety, I ordered the yellow tape for newly painted surfaces.Oh dear. I would never advise anyone to use it on emulsioned walls or ceilings. I was painting a wall so used this on the adjacent wall that had been painted for 3 days and the ceiling that had been painted 10 years.The tape was on for under an hour.It took off lots of the paint when I removed it. I could touch up the newly painted adjacent wall because I still had that paint, but try matching paint to a white ceiling that has aged 10 years!! I can not face doing the entire ceiling so will have to live with new whiter patches, so that's a big disappointment.I did get a really straight edge though.So maybe it's best to use this on edges but then accept you might need to touch up just In from the edge when you peel off the tape.It's possible that it's ok if your room is very warm - mine was quite cold. Id read the hairdryer tip but didn't think it would be necessary in less than an hour.

Great tape that I use in art. Easy to apply and remove without being too tacky. Blocks paint as it should.
