So far so good outside.
Great outdoor mount. Holding up to Florida weather.

Rock solid mount but difficult to install.
A bit awkward to install & poor directions, but It’s definitely very sturdy. This mount holds the very heavy Slyvox 55” outside TV which weighs 98lbs.

Useless, doesn’t fit a Samsung TV
Hardware does not fit a new Samsung TV. The screws required for my Samsung TV were not supplied. When I found the screws that I needed, they are too big for the holes in the mount. I now have to drill holes in the mount or make a custom bracket

Easy to install and works smoothly
Installed this for my outdoor TV. So far it's been easy to use.

Good mount. However, there wasn't any hardware in the box, which looked like it had been opened already. Talked with Sunny from customer support, and got everything taken care of very quickly!

Sturdy, but very difficult to assemble.
I figured this would be easy to install with a Sylvox TV. Not the case. I made it work, but only with the additional hardware that came with the TV - what came with the bracket was inadequate for installing the brackets to the top and bottom mounts on the TV. The instructions are not helpful at all, so if you are very handy and able to improvise you can make it work like I did. If not, prepare to be very frustrated. The design itself is just not conducive to an easy installation.
