These bare the absolute best gluten free pancakes I have ever eaten. It was easy to use. The pancakes were light and fluffy and tasted fantastic. I will definitely be buying this again.

Even I can make waffles! And the measurements don't have to be perfect.
Even I can make waffles! The first time I mixed the ingredients in the wrong order, resulting in lumps. I mashed them as well as I could but many small ones remained. Nevertheless the waffles were perfect! I've made them since, once with the help of my granddaughter, and they are still perfect. I do think it is important to follow the directions of the manufacturer of your waffle-iron maker to prevent overcooking.12-23-17 Additional comments: The mix is forgiving of small errors in the quantity of ingredients. A little too much of this or too little of that, and the waffles still turn out well. Today I used eggnog in place of about 1/2 of the milk and the results were excellent.

Expensive but for Celiac kids this is delicious
4 and 6 year olds wanted Mickey Mouse waffles. Got this mix and they loved it!
