Wok chinese recipes!
I would say the graphics on the cover page of this wok cookbook is truly attention grabbing! The recipes however, although very detailed, do not have visuals and I was sort of looking forward to that. Asides the absence of graphics, the wok cookbook contains very detailed recipes, not just highlighted, but step-by-step cooking instructions and that’s a huge plus! This cookbook outlines the many benefits of cooking with a wok, a well-known kitchen equipment from China. The techniques like braising, stir-frying, steaming, searing among others mentioned in this cookbook enhance regulated and controlled cooking temperatures, depending on your taste or desire. I would strongly recommend for anyone looking for very detailed recipes for preparing delicious, healthy and affordable home-made Chinese meals!

Amazing Cookbook
I am amazed at how simple, delicious, and healthy Wok stir-fry cooking is. There are so many varieties of savory ethnic recipes in this book that are packed with flavor and nutrition. I especially enjoyed the sesame chicken recipes, which were delectable! There's also introductory information on the Wok and how it came about in China, which I found to be very interesting. Highly recommend.

Variety of Delectable Dishes
We stumbled across this book while looking for a stir-fry mussel recipe, and we couldn't be more thrilled that we did. From the moment we started cooking, it was clear that we had found a true gem. Since purchasing the book, we've made not only the mussels but also the mushroom soup and pork ribs. Each recipe turned out amazing, and the entire family loved every last bite.The instructions are clear and easy to follow, and the flavors are simply outstanding. Disappointed as There Were No Illustrations
There are many good-sounding recipes but no illustrations of the finishedrecipe. I found this disappointing. It was purchased as a gift, and the giftrecipient didn't seem disappointed.

Worth Every Page
There are numerous recipes in here, and the ones I’ve tried so far really hit the spot. The spicy Sichuan potatoes with vinegar were super refreshing—I like adding a bit of sugar to them, which balances the tang and makes the spice pop more. The eggy shrimp tempura (with cornstarch) is another win—crispy, light, and so good. I’m not big on deep frying at home, so it’s more of a seasonal or special-day thing for me, but still ...love it.

No pictures - bad layout
This would be a much better cookbook had it had pictures. The layout of each recipe is very hard to follow. There is no break between recipes! Also, I “returned” the book, but you all don’t actually want the book back! WHY? I definitely did not use it, and won’t use it! I literally opened the box, looked through the cookbook, and immediately didn’t like it! I won’t use it! I guess I’ll donate it!

Wow! So many recipes!
Just bought my first wok pan and this is the perfect cook book to start with. I’m excited to try it, the recipes are easy to approach for a beginner and there are so many to try!
