Perfect, as described. Great for feet!
Bought these specifically for my feet, where I get sore arches. Both are really beneficial, perfect size and resistance. They feel great rolling under your feet either when sitting or standing. Excellent price, have held up well so far.

Works fairly well, ideal if you have a muscle injury your trying to treat.
Use this twice a day when I do my exercises to help with my neck injury. It's really good for releasing the tensions in the muscles but can be a a bit hit and miss and you do need to give it time. Don't just roll over it once! Focus on a spot.

Mainly only use the smooth ball for physio work on my piriformis but it really helps with releasing the glute muscles. Haven’t really used the spikey ball as it’s quite hard but it is a nice size for underfoot massaging, if you can handle the firmness.
