2021 Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, 128GB, Phantom Gray, Dual Sim (e-Sim) (Renewed)

Very happy with this phone which I purchased for an xmas present for someone. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. It is in excellent condition and was well received on xmas day. I've waited until now to write a review to ensure the phone continued working - which it does! Price was just right.

Phone arrived ahead of scheduled ndate and well packaged. The phone was in mint condition and no marks or scratches on either screen or body. Easy to set up and working perfectly. Very happy with this purchase.

Great phone for the price (£200) and the condition & quality were really like new. I have no real complaints although I do have to mention the battery runs down extremely quickly on the one I got. It's not a deal breaker for me because I am not a heavy user of my phone but for anyone who is, well it's something to be aware of. Overall though I would recommend this seller, there was good communication with me when I contacted them with a query with a prompt response and the phone really was great value for the price. It would have been an easy 5 stars if not for the battery life in general.

Where do I start with this diabolical seller....Grey phone ordered:First one arrived with a faulty on/off button. I send back at my own cost with seller agreeing to pay my recorded delivery postageSecond one arrived some days later. Worked fine for two weeks then froze and could not be fixed. Another phone sent back with seller agreeing to pay recorded delivery postage.+++ I still have not received refund for first return postage - seller has my bank details so easy for him to do ++++After a couple of weeks and lots of chasing the third phone arrives and a completely different colour, totally unsuitable for a male professional using the phone for work, that is why i ordered a grey one.After more chasing for responses seller says he has no more grey ones, despite me pointing out he is still selling them on amazon. Another phone sent back with seller agreeing to pay recorded delivery postage.+++ I still have not received refund for first and second return postage +++At this point I requested a refund and the outstanding postage costs. More chasing for a reply and finally I run out of patience and report seller to Amazon. Then receive a message from seller saying refund is being processed. I presume this was out of his hands as I also received an automated Amazon message confirming this.I again requested the refund for my postage costs that he (Mr Mir) had agreed to, and no communication back since, hence I have been encouraged by his complete lack of customer service and understanding (he was told I use my phone for work) to write this review.SO NOW I HAVE NO PHONE AND AM OUT OF POCKET FOR 3 X RECORDED DELIVERY POSTAGE EXPENSESIf this review hasn't put you off buying from Mr Mir / G+I International or whatever they are called, then you are taking a huge gamble with your money.

This phone was described as a refurbished item and rated as in "Excellent" condition by the Seller.The Front , Back , and most importantly the Screen were unmarked. - V. GoodHowever the edges , particularly the area around the USB C charging socket , have considerable signs of wear with multiple small scratches , probably due to interaction in a pocket with keys & coins. - Not so GoodThe phone itself works extremely well , battery charges up to 100% , and it is very fast , with a really responsive screen.So in spite of all the Cosmetic damage around the edges , I am more than happy to keep it.Unlike the previous owner I have bought a Wallet style case which (I hope) should protect it from further abuse.

The phone works and looks fine. However I ordered slate grey not PINK.

The phone is immaculate and works fine the only problem is the charger that came with the phone doesn't charge the device
