Expensive but the best USB-C toothbrush for travel hands down
I bought this to be used exclusively as a travel toothbrush and it does not disappoint. In fact its truly overkill considering the price. It ticked all the boxes for me, it has a nice premium leather travelling case that can be charged via any USB-C cable. The case fits both the head and the body of the brush so those reviews claiming the head doesn't fit are total nonsense. Another major winning feature for me is that it doesn't automatically turn itself off after 4 brushing periods (20s on this one) like 99% of other travel friendly toothbrushes. It just carries on for as long as you want to keep brushing. As for brushing performance its far superior to the cheaper sonic style ones too.

Probably the best electric toothbrush in the world
I bought this to replace my Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart which finally died after 6 years of faithful service. My dentist always compliments me on my oral hygiene so much so that at 57 years of age I have yet had to see a hygienist because, as my dentist can confirm my teeth are virtually plaque free.I attribute this solely to my old Sonicare toothbrush.I had no hesitation in immediately purchasing this new, updated version of my old toothbrush and expected it to behave in more or less the same way. In someways it did. It was comfortable to hold, nicely weighted and good to look at. The performance however was different. It is actually better (I didn’t think it possible) than my old one. Initially I thought it a little vicious in its vibration and indeed it was. But this is no ordinary toothbrush, it “learns” and it has now settled into a very effective brushing programme that perfectly suits my brushing style. My teeth have never felt so clean and I can definitely see that they are whiter. The included charging case (with USB cable) is very attractive and effective, perfect for travelling. In my opinion this, being Philips top of the range Sonicare has to the best electric toothbrush available. I haven’t always bought Sonicare, I have tried the others but believe me, once you give one of these a go you won’t look back and your dentist will thank you for it!

Complete Rip-Off and an Utter Disappointment!
I've been a loyal Philips Sonicare customer for nearly 20 years, but their quality has been steadily declining while their prices are skyrocketing. My last Sonicare stopped working just outside the warranty, not happy but I thought I'd give this supposedly new, "improved" AI version a try. BIG MISTAKE.This piece of junk stops halfway every single time I use it. AI? What AI? There's absolutely no evidence of any meaningful artificial intelligence in this cheap, flimsy gadget. It feels like a toy, not a premium toothbrush. To make matters worse, THIS SELLER HASN'T EVEN HAD THE DECENCY to respond to my complaints. I also contacted Philips customer care, and guess what? No reply. For the amount of money I spent, I expect at the very least some basic customer service.I've returned this worthless toothbrush and will never buy Philips again. Thanks for nothing, Philips!

Expensive but Worth It
This is the best brush I’ve ever used. I’ve gone from single use vibration one to sharing an oral b body to this and this is eons better.I’m sensitive to rubberised material so I love that the body if this is all one material. There’s only one button, customisation is done through the app which is very intuitive and easy to set up and use. The brush feels quality and is on the lighter side which is preferable for me. Still a good weight though and feels & looks sleek & expensive.Only got it today so can’t comment on battery but it came just over 50% charged so I’m expecting about a week. The charger itself is USB which is great - I don’t have to keep it in the bathroom. However the plastic cover does feel a little cheap compared to the rest of the brush and accessories. It’s only letdown. The charging case is super smart and faux leather in a colour matching the brush - midnight blue in my case. I love the look and the feel and I’m hoping it’ll last me years.I must say though I’m glad I got it half price. It’s absolutely worth that money but I’m not sure it’s worth full price.. I guess only time will tell. So far so good.

A really good toothbrush
Firstly, this is a VERY expensive gadget, but I believe it is worth it. I managed to get it at a reasonable price and it was a new product not a return as some others have experienced. My first use of the toothbrush felt like I’d been to the the hygienist, it cleans that well; whether this is the all in one head or the handle or the combination of both, I don’t know- but it cleans way better then my previous sonic brushes. It looks expensive and like a quality product, it feels lovely to use and has a great travel case. The app although a bit of a gimmick has some neat features like identifying areas you don’t clean as well or if you press to hard.Battery seems to last for over 2 weeks, and unlike another reviewer I confirm it alerts you before it goes flat.If you can justify £250-300 this is a great product.
