Have used collagen for years.But not for my skin, I use it for bone and tissue repair, I originally started to use it after an operation on a wrist that need plating. This works well, helps with pain, no real taste or smell.Very high strength if you take 4 capsule a day.The value of money you get out of it, are the benefits.

Title kind of says it all.It’s good, big tablets but then they all are. Just haven’t seen as dramatic effects as some other collagen products.
