Fettuccine

Everything Cappello's makes is delicious and has good texture. The almond flour makes the difference.

I try to eat a mostly grain free diet. These fresh noodles, while expensive, are such a nice treat. You have to be very careful with cooking these though or you will ruin them.

This is our favorite GF pasta to date! It's not cheap but so worth the price. My gluten eaters in the house didn't even realize it was gluten free!

Delicious product. Be aware though, that it is pretty carby. It wouldn't work well for a keto plan, but can fit in a moderate-to-low carb meal plan if you are careful the rest of the day. The carb count and the price make this an occasional treat for me, not a staple. But when I do eat it, I really love it.

Best paleo pasta on the market. Almost tastes like wheat pasta. Very expensive for how much you get. Suggest to buy when on sale or for a special treat

This is by far the best-tasting paleo pasta out there, and they nail the texture of "real" gluten-filled pasta. Yes, when compared side by side with grain-filled pasta, plain, it won't taste the same, but with a good sauce and/or add-ins you can almost imagine your old gluten-filled ways. Due to its high price point I stash it in the freezer for a rainy day, and, and boy, does it make my life better.

As a fettuccine lover, I’ve missed fettuccine since switching to gluten free pasta several years ago. Capello’s had big shoes to fill to stand up to glutinous fettuccine and it did not disappoint! It was delicious with a wonderful consistency and mouth-feel. The box is not kidding about the quick cook time. Set your timer and remove from boiling water immediately after 90 seconds or you will end up with mush.
