No weird side effects.
If I take 4 at once I throw up in 5 hours or something. If I take 3 and wait 3 hours and take 3 more it works wonderfully. (I used it so I could eat all the carbs with my family for the holidays and not gain 10 lbs 🤷) . Good product. Would recommend.

Works surprisingly well!I bought these after not having a bowl movement for almost a week.I was able to have a significant bowl movement within 30 minutes of taking 2 pills.Very pleased with this!Highly recommend!
