This is not a packet of powdered whipped cream! Be sure to read the description fully before purchasing. This is a stabilizer that will keep your already made whipped cream stuff for hours! Ladies, it’s a dream come true! You simply get your heavy whipping cream and vanilla poured into your chilled bowl, give it a couple of stirs then empty 1packet per 1C of heavy whipping cream, then whip it up for 3-4min until your stiff peaks form. Mine held up overnight until the following morning!

Good product

I started using this whipped cream stabilizer when I made my chocolate eclairs. Now I use it anytime I whip cream to keep the cream from separating out. It works for about two to three days so you can use your whipped cream on fresh fruit or in coffee. This does not change the flavor of the whipped cream. I use a few tablespoons of confectioners' sugar to sweeten the whipped cream. You may also like putting some vanilla in it to add flavor. I'm very happy with this product and will keep getting it in the future. It is something I can't live without. One thing, you get four packets of stabilizer per order. It is two packets of two. I ordered two items and got 8 packets!

Good to have on hand for an emergency

Very expensive for small amounts. Dr Oetker is a big name, too bad to used for Bad advertisement.

This product is great if you want to stabilize homemade whipped cream. I make my family birthday cakes, and when whipped cream is requested I use this so I can frost the cake with whipped cream. Last order unfortunately Amazon shipped me an expired batch.

Didn’t stabilize my cream just made it have lumps. Easy to use I suppose just didn’t come out right.no different from the cornstarch or powder sugar method

Mix with whipped cream for cake filling. Yummie! Amazon is the only place I can find Dr. Oetker. Thank you.
