BOSUHome Balance Trainer, 65cm The Original - Orange/Blue (72-10850ORGBLU)

I've had my Bosu for about 4 weeks now. Is there a problem with my Bosu, or does everyone have to refill their flat Bosu every couple days?UPDATED TO ⭐⭐⭐⭐I emailed the manufacturer directly, supplied them the receipt invoice from Amazon as well as the serial number on the ball, and they are shipping me a replacement. It's nice to know there are still manufacturers out there that stand behind their product.

Well, I loved it until I came home today, July 27, 2017 and found my BOSU completely detached from its frame. It was still inflated but had completely fallen off the base. What???!!! I could have severely injured myself not knowing that this BOSU was about to break. I guess they're not built for durability or longevity. It's not what I thought when I purchased it. I have not even had it for a year. So disappointed. I have seen these BOSU's at the gym being abused and all. I take good care of my things. I don't understand :(

No pump, no plug, no dvds, no documents included.All I received was the deflated BOSU ball. No inflation pump, and when I found a pump and spent a good while with a hand pump, I realized there was no plug to prevent instant deflation of BOSU ball.

This review is two parts. A bad experience and then a great experience.First the bad. Wanted to get a Bosu ball for my home since using a commercial one at my gym. Nothing beats it for strengthening, isometric and balance exercise. The ball arrived and would not hold air when I pumped it up. Frustrated, I looked at the reviews that mentioned this problem and found the 800 number for manufacturer.Now the good. I talked to a company representative and she immediately processed a warranty for me and I had a new Bosu on my doorstep in two business days.Can't explain why some of these balls are defective but I can say with confidence that the manufacturer stands behind their product. I've been using the Bosu ball for a week now with no issues.

Never held air. My wife pumped it up a couple of times after Christmas, but it was flat the next day. I finally tried it myself as it's been sitting new in the corner of the workout room and got the same result. Too bad I didn't act within the 30 return period. Out a $100 smackers. Not sure if there's any recourse as I'm an Amazon return novice. Seems like a good product, but I guess you're taking a chance as you could end up like I did. Perhaps I fell on the sword for the group and got the defective one out of the way and you'll be good for a while! Happy working-out.

I love my new Bosu ball. I am an Occupational Therapist working with kids with special needs . I also have a facility dog who goes to work with me. I have the dog using the exercise equipment alongside the kids and it highly motivates them. She loves the Bosu also and often nudges me and walks over to the ball so she can "work out". We have family fun together. The quality is great and it was easy to inflate. It stands up to me exercising on it and to dog nails being on it and doesn't pop or leak air.

I should have listened to the comments. I did not receive the DVD, chart, plug, diet guide or 120 page training guide. Yes I double and triple checked the box and packing material. I received a box with the trainer and a pump both in plastic bags. I have not had a chance to try pumping it up or using it since I have no plug and directions. Very disappointing. Now I must roll the dice and see if I can get the missing items or do I need to return it and hope for a better quality check on the next one I get.

Best Bosu trainer there is! I have been using this brand since 2009 for group classes and private training and it has never failed (I am a NASM trainer). Yes, it is pricey BUT you get top quality and durability given that you invest basic care ie keep it clean, away from heat sources etc. basic maintenance really. It is an investment and certainly worth every penny. Whether you are a group/personal trainer, fitness enthusiast, advanced or beginner, Bosu trainer is a must have in your gym.Even though I live in the UK now (lived in the USA for many years) I still have purchased this original Bosu from the States and would never consider getting anything else.Great buy and again - best on the market!!

Paid £130 for what is effectively about of rubber attached to some plastic. The item turned up with marks on it as shown.Amazon offered to do a return but I wanted to know if there other options. Contacted the Bosu company direct, poor response from their customer services.They're giving the impression they are charging a premium because their product is quality. Well I haven't received quality from them.Still deciding if to send the product back. Definitely not Amazon fault, not happy with Bosu service or quality control.

Product arrived earlier than the expected delivery, it was extremely easy to inflate and getting the stopper in wasn’t too bad either - I was literally up and running within minutes!

Arrived without a stopper to keep air in - so completely useless! .....not sure how to contact seller.

Really good quality item, exactly as I expected. I was tempted to pay a lower price for some of the imitations but glad I went with Body, as you get what you pay for.
