Similar to model glue
I couldn't figure out which cement I needed so I bought both the #16 and the #4. Found out quickly that this is similar to the glue you used to use when you were a kid to build models. (OK, I did anyway). Smells about the same and has the medium thickness viscosity, sort of like a jelly thickness. It is good if your parts don't have an absolutely perfect seam. If your parts do have a perfect seam, then you can use the #4 which is like water and you will be able to use a needle applicator. By the way, this is really similar to a PVC glue used in plumbing. It did not have a cotton ball applicator, so getting the cement out is a bit of a challenge without making messes. Not sure what the best way would be, maybe a syringe with a good size tip.I write reviews because I want to help other people make decisions. I do not write reviews of items that I have not personally used.If this helped you, PLEASE click on the YES button below "was this review helpful". Thank you. <><

Flawless seams
I am using it for polycarbonate (lexan) and it works very well, very quick to bond and a completely clear joint looking like a piece of glass.

Good adhesion, but a little thick.
Worked great, but If this is medium body, I can't imagine what thick is like. I found the product's consistency was much like mixed epoxy cement or pudding and I found it easiest to apply with the blade of a screwdriver (though a small solvent resistant brush would have been ideal if I'd had one available) Product worked as described, but I ended up switching for there thinner formulation for my next project.

Works as advertised
Sets pretty fast so you have to be quick with a brush (or whatever you are using to spread it). It dried translucent for me and with some stubborn bubbles (maybe that was my own technique) but it does fill in the gaps and imperfections between two pieces of acrylic plastic/plexiglas with compound curves. #4 dries with a much better optical quality but it is water thin and only suitable for joining two perfectly flat pieces. You need this stuff, #16, if the pieces are anything but perfectly flat because #4 won't fill any gaps much bigger than a few thousandths of an inch.

I uses the Cement on an unconventional, difficult to assemble, repair project. .Fastened 4" X 24" strips of 1/8 inch Plexiglas to 1/4 Plexiglas, which had some small stress cracks.. Fastened Face to Face,, in a hard to reach situation.. The repair seems to be successful so far...My only complaint is that I would have preferred a thicker consistency...

Seems to be a fine, broad spectrum, plastic adhesive
This a a good acrylic adhesive for those cases where you need a little gap filling capability, as where the parts are not cleanly machined or the there is a bit a damage to one or both mating surfaces. For good mating surfaces I still prefer a low viscosity solvent. I have not tried it out on all of the listed plastics.

Four Stars
works great for imperfect fits in that it is thick enough to fill the gaps

Great adhesive
Viscosity thicker than water but not as much as honey.
