This is very nice looking product, but unfortunately too cheaply made, the internal cap is plastic and part of the tea holder is also made of plastic. I was so excited to place order and so disappointed after receiving it. it is 1.7L, but looks much larger than my 2L one. I am returning it.

I bought this kettle and within a week or two it broke. I got another kettle sent out to me and this one lasted 4 months before breaking. Luckily amazon refunded my money but I will not be buying this one again.

After 7 month, this kettle broke. It’s not heating the water. Waste of money

The kettle didn't work after few months of using it. Malfunctioned with Error code on temperature screen. No customer service support. Disappointed.

Seems to be a quality product with temperature and keep warm controls. My wife thinks its too complicated but it could save energy as 212 degrees is too high for anything. Probably set it at 180-190 is more than sufficient for brewing.At 212 it is a raging boil.

Had to return back. The unit looks nice otherwise with blue LED.

Water leaks when pour from the top of the base

This is our first water kettle we've owned and I'm so happy we got it, its super fast at warming up the water auto shuts off but still keeps the water warm, I love that it displays the temp of the water we've used it for coffee to use it in our French press and best feature is the little holder for tea we use to for tea a lot and let me tell you when brewing ice tea it does it a lot faster! I personally don't feel like this is "cheaply made" as some have said, we've had it for 2 months now and so far it's been holding very well !
