The item was not accurate on the deminsions. The item was very slow in arriving. The Material is very sturdy and I expect it to handle the upcoming summer heat.

warps in the sunshine.
This product buckles terribly when it gets hot! I love the look of it when the sun is not on it but as soon as the sun hits it, it warps. Not sure it will be water proof come the rainy season.
