Shame!!!
After years of omeprazole I desperately needed this to work and I'm sorry to say it didnt. Every time I took it the heartburn got worse so I'm back on the omeprazole. I do appreciate that I'm probably one of the unlucky ones, nothing works for everyone and I have a friend who swears by this gel so, by all means try it, but don't be surprised if it doesn't work

This works!!
this product has changed my life. After taking medication for GERD (Omeprozole and Ranitidine) for years with no effect as well as gallons of Gaviscon, I have stopped all of these. A spoonful a day has sorted out my horrible gnawing upset stomach. I wouldn't be without it now.
