This has been, hands down, the coolest thing I have gotten for my home bar. I have smokers, and have used them in the past especially for a nice old fashioned or smoked neat pour. But THIS is for those fun birthday night, game nights, bad day at work and need some fun/whimsy nights. This is super easy to use, just load your flavor, dip the nozzle, and pull the trigger. It makes drinks look so cool, and it is so much fun popping the bubble before your first sip. It does add a nice layer of flavor as well. The first thing I made was an Appletini for my wife, and put a green apple bubble on top. I will not be taking this to any and all events that my friends/family have as it is just that much fun and easy to use.

But after trying it, I’m not sure how different this is from a glorified vape pen without the nicotine. It makes vapor, not real smoke, so don’t expect the deep, rich aroma you’d get from burning wood chips. The flavors are subtle at best, and the proprietary cartridges make it hard to get more of what you like without buying a variety pack (which, of course, means you’ll end up with extras of the ones you don’t).The bubbles themselves are a cool effect but more of a novelty than anything else. They don’t float dramatically like in the promo images; they’re a little heavy and tend to slide off the rim of the glass. It takes some practice to get them to land right. That said, the device is easy to use, charges quickly, and doesn’t leave any mess behind.Overall, it’s fun but impractical for regular use. If they offered more flavor options individually and a bit more control over the bubble effect, it would be a stronger product. As it stands, it’s a neat gadget for special occasions but not something I’d reach for often.

Let's start at the bottom... here are the biggest cons:- It's not real smoke, it makes vapor from scented liquid like a vape, oil diffuser or cool mist humidifier.- The scents are in disposable proprietary cartridges that can's be refilled.- You currently can't just buy one flavor, you have to buy them in 5 scent variety packs. So if you love wood and berries, but hate lemon grass... you'll end up owning lots of unused cartridges.- The bubble making take a bit of practice, since the bubbles seem rather heavy and slide down rather than releasing... If you keep the nozzle pointing downward and the glass rim damp, you should be okay.But what led me into looking at this was after getting an impressive drink on a cruise ship that I wanted to emulate, and it can do that, so here are my pros:+ It's not real smoke, I know I started the last list with this... But it's not going to smell up the place, set off alarms, or generate heat.+ It's fast to get going, quick on and off.+ Easy cleanup, the cartridges do make changing flavors a snap and the only clean up is the little cup of bubble solution and the tip.+ The bubble solution can be switched with another brand if desired and isn't proprietary.+ It makes for some cool looking drinks and smokey effects.+ Cordless, with easy USB C recharging.+ Simple to use, just a few buttons to learn.Overall, it's a gimmick, but a cool one. I would love to see them add more flavors that were sold individually. Also it would've been nice if they offered a flexible hose end so you could make bubbles and smoke in more awkward glassware or angles.

I'm a big fan of making drinks for my guests, and I have some "real" smoking tools that I use, but it is great to be able to just pick this up and get working without having to worry about actual fire. It works just like a vape pen but in gun form, but the coolest part is being able to trap the vapor in a bubble on top of the drink. People love watching it swirl and then finally popping it when it's time to drink the drink.
