Worst customer service EVER. I don't usually write reviews but I had to pen down my thoughts for this one.When the product arrived, it seemed good. But when I used it, steam started coming out from lid and my whole induction cooktop was filled with water which is dangerous and could harm my expensive induction as well.I placed a replacement and they showed me the order is in transit. But without even contacting me, the order was on his way back to home and I don't have any option to get it delivered. It's been 1 month and over now and the status is still showing being returned. I tried reaching out to customer support, tried contacting brand as well but no one tesponded with an appropriate response.I can use this product and lost my valuable money and peace of mind. WORST BRAND EVER.
