Smells amazing and my hair does feel softer
I'm not sure it promotes hair growth or thickness, as I have only been using it 2 to 3 times a week as an overnight treatment for just under 2 weeks. It does smell great though and leaves my hair feeling softer. It will stain pillowcases so make sure to cover your hair or put something over your pillow to prevent it getting stained.
