The taste seemed off compared to what shilajit is supposed to taste like. Personally, I didn't want to risk it.

My first experience with this. In coffee, a great supplement and makes you revitalized knowing you’re feeding your immune system. After a while you will notice the stiffness is not as bad anymore and you feel a bit more open from your core. Almost like your sinuses cleared up but your whole body was the sinus. Good product.

I really love shilajit and I've been taking it regularly now for over 6 months. For those who may not know what it is, shilajit is a substance that is absolutely loaded with a wide range of minerals that is derived from processes involving a breaking down of matter that occur over extremely long periods of time within mountainous regions. I have tried several excellent brands, and they are all slightly different and I have really loved and enjoyed them all. And this one from Naturesactiv stands out as one of the most impressive shilajit supplements I've tried so far. According to the online product information, this shilajit is derived from the Himalayas at 16,000 to 18,000 ft altitude and is considered to be gold grade. It definitely has that familiar shilajit flavor which to me tastes like a mix of charcoal and wood. But this one is much thicker and more intense and richer in flavor than any of the others I've had so far, which suggests to me that it is of outstanding quality. All I can say is that I think this shilajit is really excellent stuff and it's helping me get many more minerals regularly into my system. I feel really great about taking it. Another thing that really stands out about this product is that a copy of the Certificate Of Analysis pertaining to this particular shilajit resin has been included in the box. And I absolutely love that this step was taken because it offers the customer that extra bit of confidence in the quality of the product. I also love the little reusable metal spoon that comes with the product. I love this shilajit supplement and I highly recommend it.

This product tastes like dirt. It leaves a nasty long after taste. I add it to my decaf coffee. It doesn’t seem to give you the energy, like Himalayan Life Science from India, (Gold Standard Shilajit) does. It’s an inferior product. Even the texture is more dry and harder to distribute, (use). I recommend staying away from this manufacturer.Don’t expected anything except an energy boost from Shilajit. I have tried the gummies and found they don’t work as well. One kind that did seem good was the Bodywise Pure Himalayan Shilajit Gold Gummies. 3000 mg. Other ones that I tried were not tasty and didn’t seem to give you a boost in energy.The second photo shows a superior product with results and taste.
