I used this for the first time last night and even when my hair was wet I could already feel a difference. My hair is so soft and silky smooth. I moved from TN to LA approx 9 years ago and my hair texture has just gotten progressively worse in terms of dryness and roughness. I actually thought it was just getting older and my hair changing with age. I know we have extremely hard water so I went out on a limb and gave it a try. With just one use, my hair was returned to the softness I always remember it being. When I walked into work today, my coworker immediately noticed a difference and asked what was different and thought I had colored it or something. The price is fantastic and I have spent 3-4 times this amount on products trying to achieve this same result. Also, the price includes shampoo, conditioner, and a hair scrubber brush. I was a little confused by the directions on the bottle which might be my fault for even reading directions for shampoo and conditioner but I was curious. The directions on the shampoo bottle say to apply to clean damp hair. Ummmm, isn’t that the purpose of shampoo to clean my hair? So, am I supposed to clean with a different shampoo first or I can just use this right off the bat? I did use a different shampoo first but that’s only because I forgot I wanted to use my new product until after I had already used my old shampoo. I didn’t think the shampoo had much of a scent and was very mild as far as that’s concerned but the conditioner smells amazing. It’s still a light scent and not overpowering but smells so good and refreshing. This definitely moved to the top of the product list.

My hair has been dull & frizzy lately. I have tried leave in conditioner, creams, hot oil treatments with no luck. I just a lousy gave up & just decided to live with messy bum hair. I did some research & found out that because we have hard water/well water that it could be the culprit. So I said ahhh what the heck give it a try. Well holy moly…after just one wash & conditioning (yes ONE), my hair feels softer, not so frizzy dry looking & even has its shine back. Yes this really was only after 1 wash. I can’t believe it took me so long to find the fix for my hair.

We have hard water from the well, I have dyed hair. This shampoo and conditioner helps the color stay in my hair and not just rinse out when I wash it. I love the scalp massager that comes with it.

My hair feels cleaner after using, love the little scalp scrubber thats included (tbh thats what swayed me to this product). If feels like salon quality products & the scent reminds me of biolage. I have really hard water but love Neutrogena Hydroboost shampoo/conditioner, I only bought this to use about 1x a week to strip the toxins hopefully & it seems to work.

Don’t usually write reviews. But I know there’s A LOT of people living in Texas, and know hard water is awful out here. My hair felt so much better from the 1st wash. Usually my hair would have a dry, hard to finger comb after a shower. This product made it easier for leave-in conditioners and oil to sink in. Would probably mix the conditioner with a thicker one for better conditioning but overall these really work removing the hard water buildup in my hair!

Really like both, the shampoo and conditioner. Conditioner really makes my hair soft, thick and manageable

Love this ~ hair was dry due to hard water. My hair is so soft using this product. Will buy again.
