This is not a laxative, it's simply a natural way to help move food out of your colon. This is one of the best products I've ever used in my diet routine. In fact, I've used this product for well over 15 years. It is an excellent way to stay regular, avoid hemorrhoids issues and it's an excellent way to cure your insulin spike if you drink it before you eat or drink something high in carbs or sugars. Just don't take it with medication or supplements, as it will lessen the impact of the meds or supplements. I usually mix it with water and an emergen-C Raspberry packet, it lessen's the taste and texture when I drink it.

This works!
I don't use this every day, but whenever I feel that I should be going to the bathroom more often. It really works! It's best to take it in the morning and be on your way, but only sometimes do I need to take it in the morning and then again once again in the afternoon to get things really going.The taste is not bad. It is actually one of the better-tasting products I have tried. I take two big tablespoons into a glass of water. I will reorder this soon again.

I don't I mix it in any liquid.. i mix in with a yogurt concoction I make for myself. It blends in very nicely. Only just received. Can't speak to effectiveness

Doesn't work and is terrible to drink. Feels like I'm drinking grass. I don't understand how so many people like it.

Last 5 ger it tomorrow deliveries didn't come the next day.
The product works as it should. Since amazon can't deliver seem to deliver on time to prime customers what's the purpose of paying for a prime membership? If I wanted day after the next delivery I wouldn't search for get it tomorrow. Do better

Only been a few days but it has been working really well. It’s gentle yet effective. If you have trouble with regularity definitely give this a try. I’m not a huge fan of the texture but I drink it really quickly. If you don’t it’ll congeal.
