I love this cleansing balm so much! It takes make up off easily and leaves my skin feeling very soft.strongly recommend it!

This melts on your face and is soothing and does a great job cleansing your face. The only problem is getting it open. You have to press the center of the lid and hope it opens. They don't tell you this, I had to google instructions. And it didn't open until I threw it on the floor and it popped loose. Whatever it takes.

Easy to use, takes off all make up even I make up. It is moisturizing, pleasant.

I have been a longtime, off and on user of the Camelia cleansing oil and think it’s wonderful. As I've aged, I have experienced rosacea and wanted to try the Indigo products to help calm my skin. This is a lovely, fragrance-free cleanser that works really well, but you need more than a pea (but less than a dime) to get it spread evenly across your face. It’s spendy ($20/oz. vs. just under $10/oz for the oil). This doesn’t irritate my weird, sensitive skin. Using this and the overnight serum cream. Love these products.

This Tatcha cleanser is really mild and liquifies on contact….also, it completely rinses clean….my redness is immediately calmed down and soft “as a baby’s bottom”……

You can never go wrong with this brand. This cleansing balm get all the waterproof makeup off. It’s a perfect first step for skincare routine especially if you double cleanse. This is a repeat purchase for me and I can’t recommend it enough.

It is so creamy and gentle the best

I was disappointed after they hype this as having no fragrance and good for sensitive skin. I returned and have continued using the Camellia Cleansing Oil. For the price point I simply don’t believe it’s worth it since the container is so small, plus I prefer the pump with the oil.
