I like this tattooable silicone skull because it's very nicely made of silicone with a harder plastic insert to maintain the integrity of the skull when it's on display and especially when it's being tattooed or pierced! I find this to be reasonably priced in comparison to some others I've seen on the market. This skull is a great way to invite conversation in your home or in your studio, it's a very nice looking piece with very nice features although they are not anatomically correct it's just a really nice looking skull, maybe a little feisty looking too! We like that in the skull lol!As someone that tattoos professionally I can tell you that because this is so white your blacks your grays and your color inks and pigments are going to really stand out on this piece if you choose to tattoo it. I am most definitely going to tattoo mine when I can finally decide or just do eenie meenie miney Moe and just Go with an impulsive choice, not always a bad thing, LOL - If you are a friend or relative or client of somebody that tattoos or enjoys collecting tattoos and related items, this would be considered an extremely thoughtful gift to them. Bottom line I think this is worth your time it's not going to fall apart or deteriorate anytime soon it's fully tattooable or can stand on its own without the ink as well. Got a skull lover in your life this is for them! I like it and I do recommend it.

This skull is so neat! I have never really seen anything like this. I am personally not a tattoo artist, but I have a child that is aspiring to be one. This is a gift for them. I will say it is a little on the thin side, but the hard plastic mold on the inside helps it to retain its shape.

Soft silicone, stretchable and flexible, the tattoo skin is easy to use and looks great even if not used for tattooing.

just be sure that you really pay attention to what the dimensions are on this little skull...keyword being little. if you're looking to practice some tiny detail on something other than a flat surface like regular practice skins, then this is good for you. this is small enough that i can hold it in my palm, and i have some pretty small hands.

Super tiny and hard to tattoo

Make sure to look at the size it's much smaller than I was thinking. Like it's tiny lol.

I don't think I'm the only person who wanted this for something other than tattoo practice haha. For me, I wanted it as a decor item. I have a bookshelf dedicated to scary books, and when I saw this, I knew I wanted it for that shelf. It looks great! It's pretty small, which makes it perfect to decorate with. It's very soft, so it's fun to hold too. But the silicone picks up dirt and dust like you'd expect with silicone. It's not a big deal for my purposes, but I can see that being annoying if you wanted to use this as an art project of some sort.
