I think they usually send Reject Pieces..
It's looking very nice.. But I received it with some manufacturing defect..(Found Torn near about 1½ inch at One Place). I think the supplier or company is deliberately sending the reject pieces to customers with low price tag...B'coz who is going to take the head ache to return it?? They must have taken it as granted..

Its lightweight and big enough to fit the AC
The product is good, it might need some fitting according to your ac, but it works as promised. You will need to stuff a bit of the top side net of the cover, as it will not stick to the surface. So unless it does that there is no purpose of cover if not to protect the filter from dust and yet allow air to pass through.
