Pros: Excellent product, solidly built, rolls and maneuvers with ease of effort. Collapsing and unfolding require a little of force but not really a problem.Cons: One of eight Velcro straps on the corners of the bag was sewn on backwards. It also did not include the cargo net. I contacted the manufacturer, and they immediately sent out a replacement and allowed me to keep the original cart, but after opening and assembling the replacement product, I found the exact same Velcro strap was also sewn on backwards, and there was still no cargo net. This does not alter my overall opinion of the product.

Love the cart, it rolls easy and very easy to assemble. Unfortunately the bag that fits inside the cart should be reinforced around the velcro straps. The stitching in this area is very light. And as I was just pulling the velcro apart one of the straps completely separated from the bag. And a second one started to rip off as well but I stopped pulling it. Now I must say I never notified the vendor because I'm not gonna take time to box it up and send it back when I can Jerry rig it. So I can't speak on the customer service. I will say however that the straps broke the 1st time putting the cart together

The wheels are like legit tires.. the space is amazing.. it’s strong but light.. fits tons of stuff and there’s accessories you can buy too!My hubby loved it and immediately planned a camping trip.

It is very sturdy and pulls with ease. It does weigh a bit though. The handle is a bit short while pulling, the wheels will hit the back of your feet. No place to store the handle when folded. Overall it is a nice cart and should last for years.

Weight likely good for keeping big fish from dragging this into water if you’re anchoring poles while fishing, but way too heavy to pull through sand or pebble beach, especially if you add cooler w/ ice and beach stuff. Bought a harness to try to pull it like a mule. Left it in the van instead of taking it on beach. Too heavy.

When I first got this cart I absolutely loved it until I noticed that after one use on the beach the Velcro straps that hold it together we beginning to rip and eventually all but two fell off. Now I had to build a frame out of plywood in order to use it again. Just a bad design for the interior, but the metal frame is sturdy as heck. The other thing I would have loved this cart to have would be wheel stoppers that would lock the wheels for easier break down and storage.
