Q: My 2006 f150 has a master door lock switch right above the window controls and below the mirror adjustment. This one doesn’t show this?

Three separate switches plug into the switch cover from the back. Windows, mirror and door lock-unlock. Each sold separately. Whatever switch you suspect should be tested before you order one. Could be wiring or the part it operates. Switch cover easily pops off to check. Google it. Hope that helps

Q: If this switch is bad will it cause my door locks to be inoperable?

I replaced my switch because the window wouldn't work but if your door lock doesn't work a new one should fix it. Does the other door lock work?
