Used since eight month no problem

MACHINERY IS good & EFFICIENCY

This is looking amazing, it’s been 2 weeks now since we are using this, it works completely ok till now, the only problem is company give a plastic pipe arroud 5 ft , which is not long lasting, hence I asked the installation guy to bring another pipe which cost me INR 1200 for 8ft pipe. I felt this is very expensive. I purchased this product in Amazon sale in 13400 then I almost spent 2000 for installation and duct pipe.

Bought this item in June, product was mischievously installed with broken hook and hence started giving trouble in few days. Upon making several registered complaints, they attended and fixed the glass with silicone get which obliviously couldn’t hold and fell within two days leaving my wife with a small accident while she was cooking.Several attempts and registered complaints been made but not attended to for almost 1.5 months and even Amazon’s suggestion of asking for denial letter from the brand fell on deaf ears. In fact to our utter shock Hindware closed the complaint without even attending it, am sure to avoid warranty claim or service that they couldn’t provide and everyone trying to find some place to hide.Cut to, on 28th Oct finally one Amazon executive after spending half an hour on the call understood the whole case and initiated the return. I thought finally I’ve got some solution to my problem, not what I wanted still some solution. However another surprise awaited me, 7th day today but return hasn’t been picked up. Knowing Hindware track, I am pretty sure they’ll play another mischief and cancel the return on some excuse (customer was not available or customer denied or packaging was not proper etc.)Painstakingly writing such long feedback for people to be aware and also, documenting my suspicion, in case it comes true!Request to Amazon, to please not filter this review out as you did last time as video review had me in the shot. I believe there is no foul language, nor any picture, though I can provide if needed.Hope at some point my problem is resolved and I am also able to save someone considering Hindware.Regards,

The installation is easy suction is good noise is very less and its also and I get it it with very well in my house and increases decoration and I have been using it for 2 months no issues till now very nice consider buying it

The media could not be loaded. Reviewing after two months of moderate use. Overall satisfied, the design, the noise level, power looks everything is as described and I highly recommend this product. The only problem I had to face - one of the LED is not working from day 1. The installation engineer tried to sell me Duct pipe and some other items which I rejected. So the installation was in a very hurry and he use normal craft tape instead of aluminum tape.Company have to work a little more on installation and service.
