OK, so don’t waste your money on this product because ladies I’m going to tell you I have used this for several months and I have not lost a pound. Yes, of course they’re easy to use your pop in your mouth and chill up and swallow. Nice taste but it didn’t work.

This may not effect everyone with osteoarthritis and/or gout ,but, just so you are aware, after taking for a couple of days my gout kicked off big time. It was not fun. I gave it the benefit of the doubt, so I waited until I was good to go and then another week to be sure all clear and tried again and same reaction..

I ordered these for just adding more water intake. I lost about 5lbs eating what I want yet not overdoing it but added these with my 70 fluid Oz of water it works well. You don't feel hungry at all you almost have to force yourself to eat. Excellent gummies, taste is doable. I like this product alot I will be buying more!

These would be good, but they spiked my sugar. My bad, when I bought them, didn't know I had a sugar problem.
