Amulet: The Cloud Searchers: Volume 3 Paperback – Illustrated, 1 Sept. 2010

My eleven year old daughter loves this series of books and so do many of her friends. Great for encouraging reading in a more modern format.

These books are hard to beat. Imaginative, compelling and full of great dialogue.

Great series of books that 10 year old asked for after reading the first book.

I have two grandsons who would much rather be playing on the Wii than reading a book. When their father was a similar age I discovered graphic novels. While I understand the lobby of purists who would rather have their kids reading Quo Vadis at age 12, I also believe that some kids just aren't built that way. As their father is now a voracious reader I thought it might be an idea to gently steer my grandkids towards reading in the same way I encouraged their dad. It seems to have worked pretty well so far and at Christmas the little one could be found on the top step of my stairway reading this graphic novel. It might not be Shakespeare, but it's certainly a start.

this series is just brilliant. Full of adventure, new characters who add so much, a whole load of peril and our wonderful crew. The sense of not quite knowing everything, but knowing some bits is glorious. Man, I hope these people are who they say they are… otherwise Emily is in bother! I adore the illustrations in this! As I’m reading this series, I’m getting more and more into it! Now to track down book 4!

Excellent series of graphic novels with wonderful illustrations and exciting plot with surprises. Fat and easy reads, would suit reluctant reader probably. My 10 year old loves them. He has 4 so far, but there must be more to come.

My son who hates reading cant stop reading. What do I do? complain to Kazu?! I hate you Kazu for making my son a confident reader!!!

So much fun! My daughter flew though this book super fast and was wondering why it isn’t longer! Now she needs to save up to get the next one!

I gave this book a 5 star because I never wanted to put it down. It started of where I left of from book 2. The story is amazing and I can't wait to ge book 4, 5, 6 and so on....
