I use this every day it works great and seems like it’s built well

Handles are kinda short and the solid plastic wheels don’t make moving out of a 2nd Floor Apartment much easier -and you DEFINITELY HAVE TO put Muscle and Work into moving heavy objects up and down steps -it really irritates me when I see items being advertised like the item is working for you-UGH!!! It’s definitely a nice Help -But I hope you have muscles for HEAVY OBJECTS!! Especially like me that moved out of a 2nd floor apartment!

I don't have anyone to help me lift or carry heavy things. This is the answer! Such a great product. It works extremely easily for carrying heavy things up and down stairs. I let my neighbors use it to move their huge and heavy living room furniture. They loved it too. I just wish the flip and down base was bigger and that it could be a flat bed hand truck also but it's not. But the base is certainly bigger than most. I like that it folds compactly ( for the most part ).

Used it for a move. Helps lessen the weight on the way down the stairs. 3 wheels help on the way up the stairs. Can fold up for storage and easier to carry it around. Easy to assemble. Didn't keep track of how much weight is on it per trip. So far so good.

Unpackaging and setup was easy - Initially used it to haul 240 lbs of water softener salt bags into the basement from the front porch. Bags were somewhat awkward to stack up but still got the job done without straining my 72 year old back or body, both for going up the porch steps and then down the basement steps.

Works good coming up steps with semi heavy equipment on hard steps. On carpeting forget it. Any thing over 150 lbs, not the greatest. I'm only 5'10" and I was hunched over gripping the handles with a top of a furnace in my face. HANDLES TOO SHORT and Slippery, one actually came loose. DO NOT BUY

I wanted to use this product to help me clean out my basement, but the hand truck itself is too heavy for me, a 70-ish woman to use.

Well built and really trick for stairs. Not for appliances but for heavy loads you don’t want to pick up and carry. Doesn’t take up a bunch of space when not using. Bottom plate that carries, folds up in storage.Hope this helps a little.
