While this isn't perfect, it justifies its flaws with its lower price point. It fits my Hero 4 Black, almost perfectly and does not interfere with the record or wifi (settings) button. I have recently returned from the USA, having used this frame to carry my camera around ALL DAY on a GoPole. I had no issues with the locking mechanisml, and the camera felt secure at all times. It comes with a protective lens cover, a standard clip mount and thumb screw. Also, a great little addition is the plug to cover up the electronics if you aren't using a screen (backpack). This stops any dirt or dust from getting in.There was a small breakage, that being the metal clip which is meant to swing out to more securely hold the camera with a screen attached. The clip fell clean off, but this didn't bother me as I wasn't using it.For the price, this worked perfectly for me, enabling me go get cleaner audio on the camera itself, which is exactly why I purchased it. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

I bought it for my hero4+ black edition. The case holds strong the camera, it doesn't squeeze the camera and it is not so heavy or bulky as other cases. It also gives you a lens-protection cup which is nice.I believe that it is the best case I have bought, as it easy to use, lightweight and you can put a wind-protection "dead cat" if you want.The only thing that worries me is that if the gopro falls with this case (from the car-bike that I mount mostly the gopro), I am not sure about the level of protection, as the lens is out of the case and the body itself is also unprotected.But....hey! That con is the one that you can imagine before you buy the case, as it shows from the product's pictures that the case doesn't cover the gopro almost at all.

I was looking for something that allows maximum cooling of my Hero4 so in that regard, it does it's job.I don't yet trust the latch mechanism, as it doesn't ever seem to "lock" when closed, however it has not sprung open yet either.You really have to press the top button to engage with the camera button, and if you don't have the light or beep function turned on, you could assume you are recording when you press the button down, but not enough to engage the camera.

Delivered on time and as described. Only reason there's not 5 stars is because in the description it states this is made from light metal but it feels like plastic to me. The top button is a little stiff but works well. My GoPro feels secure in the case which is great. All in all works fine for me.

It works, meaning that all buttons are working finecamera is securely placed inside the frame.The lens protector is not very scratch resistant and somehow affects the video quality

Gopro frame mounted on Gopro Hero 4 black + additional screen. Works pretty well, but sometimes if not correctly positioned is quite hard to press the rec button

Good product that was better than I had expected. Feels slightly weaker than I would like un-clipped but sturdy enough when locked off! I would like a definitive click, but hey ho!

As many people have written, it's a little tricky to press the record button when in the housing but over all it's a great product!
