I was experiencing telogen effluviim,this is the only shampoo which have me relief after bath .My hair shedding after decreased not just decreased it's minimised my hairfall ,am thankful to that but I personally did not liked the smell of shampoo it's very citrus and it's not smelling like a shampoo but really effective with hair fall and I don't know about split ends because I don't have it.and it's not that really rough on my hair ,my hair is always frizzy and I felt it made some less frizzy
