I bought this so I could move my 15 year old conure to my new home 140 miles away. I've always done short moves before and would just put her in a box and pray she wouldn't have a heart attack on the 2 mile drive. I wasn't sure she'd survive the 140 mile move. When I got the travel carrier I put her inside for practice time. It's big and sturdy, and the perch made her feel at home. She did fine sitting in there for an hour or two every day. When it was time for the trip I put her inside and she was really calm as I put it in the back seat of the car.Halfway to our new home my car was rear-ended while I was stopped at a red light. I looked at my bird first and the carrier was still sitting in the back seat with Fiona looking calmly at me through the window. She was fine! After the accident stop we continued on our way until we got to our new home. I set up her normal cage and put her inside and she adjusted as if nothing had ever happened.Not only was she transported safely and calmly, she survived a car accident in the carrier, and ended up much less stressed than either my dog or cat had been when they got to the new home. She loves her new home and I'm happy that she survived the trip. I wish I had had this carrier many years ago!

Moved from Indiana to Texas and our Amazon was in it the entire move (he did get out to play and stretch so don't worry). He went into stores on the way and no one was the wiser. My daughter still takes him shopping in it. He could look out both sides but it was hard for others to see him. It's material so we put a "wee wee" pad in the bottom for messes. Only issues we had and it's not the fault of the product...perch is thin so he fell off the first couple hours when driving or bumping him around till he really learned to hold on. Holds up great to this day. Also tried it with anew Cockatoo when we got him and is way too small (couldn't grip the small perch well and his tail feathers got smashed. He finally just ate the perch and stood on the bottom (got to love cockatoos). Recommended for Amazon's, Grey's and other similar sized or smaller birds.

We got this travel case so we could take our Green Cheek Conure on vacation with us and it worked great! It’s a soft case but still has structure. Inside there is built in perch that is removeable and also a removeable liner on the bottom, which is nice for quick cleaning. The only problem we had is that I ordered the large one when I should have got the smaller one. Completely my error! The large size was great as far as being spacious, but we took it on a road trip and it took up a bit too much space for us. I did return it and am ordering the smaller size. Also, it doesn’t have places at the top to clip in toys or anything like that.. my bird has specific toys he likes and a couple of hang tags at the top would have really helped! I got some commad hooks that stick and used those to hold his toys, which also works. :)

My Quaker Parrot fit perfectly in this cage and he actually liked it! I live in the cold country so this worked perfectly in transporting him to the vet. The perch worked perfectly and you can remove this for a smaller animal as well. I ordered the larger of the two and the price was reasonable and the quality is good. Definitely would recommend.

I love this carrier. Got it a couple of years ago mainly for wellness checks and emergency vet visits for my cockatiel. He doesn't like being in it much, but it does the job. I have lost the perch for it, my daughter put it away without the perch for some reason, maybe used it to put Willow back in his cage and now I can't find it. I kind of remember it having white plastic ends but am not sure. Can I just use a regular perch for it or cut one to fit? If someone who has the large size one measure the perch and list the length and diameter of it, I sure would appreciate it. Will be needing it in a couple of weeks for a wellness check. The product is very nice, but there is no way a cockatiel can fit, even in the large size, sitting on the perch. I’m very disappointed but I have to return it.

This is a super roomy travel carrier. Bought this for my GCC, and when I adopt a larger bird this case will adapt easily.It fit perfectly in the passenger seat of my car, and the framing kept the shape even after I wrapped a seat belt around it.I wish the screens were a little more transparent...my guy was grumpy that he couldn't see much.Super easy to clean after use.Highly recommend

This looks like a great carrier and the large size looks to be perfect for my orange wing amazon for trips to the vet. However when I opened up the box that it came in I was accosted by a horrible plastic-y chemical smell. So I put the carrier in another room and left it for a few days thinking the smell might go away. It did not. I can smell the odor from the doorway. With bird's sensitivity to smells and chemicals, I'm not willing to risk putting her in it. I will be returning it.

good product, my parrot was a bit weirded out at first. He loves this way better than a travel cage though, just wish it had a clear see through window rather than mesh. This is a great weight though and you dont have to worry about it popping open

The carrier is very nice, would suit a Conure or Cockatiel. Unfortunately our Alexandrine Parakeet wanted nothing to do with it. Rather than return it, I passed it along to a lady who rescues parrots. She'll make good use of it.

Basé sur les commentaires, j'ai choisi le plus grand modèle. Le transporteur est pour un cockatiel. Je le trouve IMMENSE! Mai extrêmement satisfaite du look, de la solidité et de l'Aspect générale du produit.

Excellent light weight and pretty cool looking, got lots of enquires about it at the vets office, great product no complaints from me
