To be honest, I did not have high expectations when I ordered the product. I was expecting a cheap plastic product. When it came, it even looked like it but to my surprise, it was quite useful. I used it during moving my entire house of 4 members, to pack all the boxes. During those 3-4 weeks, this roller was my best friend. I took some time and trial-error to learn how to use it properly but once I did, it was very handy. I never packed a box without it. When moving, packing the boxes is a big headache. This was a great relief. I could pack the box within seconds rather than struggling with find the tape end, getting tape stuck all over the place, etc. Even though it says 2-inch tape, I did use 3-inch tape for bigger boxes. Not ideal, but roller was still helpful in that. Product is sturdier than expected.

Product not as mentioned
Product is not as mentioned, not of ikon brand. it does not come in box package and they mentioned 2" clear or brown tape. The tape is also not delivered. For the rate product is ok but they are fooling the customers.
