No, these do NOT pass the pinch test.

Q: What are these mold's diameter? Thanks

3" on the bottom, and 4" across the top..Great for individual meatloves.

Q: How much liquid would these cups hold? I am looking to freeze individual portions of soup in them.

1 cup of water comes to within a 1/2 from the top. Since the silicone is somewhat flexible, that is about all you could put in them. Hope this helps!

Q: Will these fit in my silicone design texas jumbo muffin pans?

Amy these will be too large for your pan. These cups are 4.25" across on the bottom and I believe your pans are 3.88" across. Check your pan measurement to be sure. You can use them on a sheet pan, they do not have to be inside a muffin pan.
