Frozen grapes
Rolled grapes in lime juice and coated with these powders and then froze them. They were amazing and a perfect combo between sweet and sour.

I have less quality control problems with Starburst than Jello brand.
I make a LOT of gelatin dessert, about 1.5 gallons a day. The flavor is great, the dissolve rate is good, and the odds the package is leaking powder is much less than jello-brand.I've read some reviews here that are trashing the product. Here are the facts after hundreds of boxes of Starburst:1) If it is not gelling when cold, there is an enzyme (bromelain / proteases) in fruits that stops the gelling. Fresh pineapple, papaya, and meat tenderizer are just a few that wreck your jello.2) If it foams too much, back off the water temp to 160-170 F instead of boiling.3) If it tastes like chemicals, wash your dishes until the soap is gone.4) If the gelatin sticks too much to your pan, first dissolve the jello package is a 1/4 cup of cold water (1 cup for 4 big boxes).Starburst brand is excellent quality, Jello is ... not as good as it used to be. Poor QC is to blame. The commercial sized packs taste gamey, the consumer boxes often are not sealed right (messy), the open-tab is not perforated enough, and it doesn't dissolve as good as it did before COVID.
