I’ve been taking these for about a week and the first thing I noticed was that it really does help with sleep. I fall asleep which has never been a big issue but I am actually staying asleep. I’ve lost a couple of pounds and have more desire to be active and not just sit around. I will update if anything changes but so far I’m happy with them.
