I bought it for Hispanic heritage month. It fit well. the only thing is that it is easy for the tulle to separate from the ribbon.

It looks exactly like the one in the picture
I was a bit scared of the skirt being shorter that what it stated in the description but it was extremely accurate.I'm quite tall so I tend to avoid skirts cos measurements around 100% but this was perfect. I highly recommend itIt also came on time too.🥰
