Heavy
Boxes were heavy. Glad the delivery person was young and had a good back. Not sure why we bought them. No scientific proof. Caught up in world events, I guess. Now we have to move them. Ug.

Super fresh production
Wow, my case is super fresh. Made in May 2024. No wonder it took over a month to get delivered. As usual the box was crushed and smashed to oblivion but the packets seemed to survive the shipment. Somehow I got a great deal, $11.00 for 100 packets.

A Piece of Mind
Since I live in an area prone to tornadoes and water is the first thing that clears off store shelves; I decided it would be wise to have some stored water with a 5 year shelf life.I ordered 2 boxes of water. The second box did have an empty water pack. The package was flat with tiny beads of water. The box it came in WASN’T wet.

Emergency water
I got this for emergency, So I haven’t taste it. But the packaging was fine, like very much the size and they are portable. 5 years shelf life, exp on 2028. I will be using this with my Brita filter to help with any taste issue. But like them very much.

Ok but a weird taste
These water pouches are a fine way to keep emergency drinking water around. But, they have a bit of a funky taste to them. Not a deal killer, but you are not going to be reaching for these unless there really is an emergency. Size is perfect though to keep in a glove box or first aid kid, so very convenient.

Emergency Water - what can I say?
A friend had these and I tasted one to compare against a couple other water pouch manufacturers and found it wasn't bad at all, very similar in packaging, storage capabilities, and durability. Some folks find an 'off taste' and that could be the result of simply being stored. What I've done, and was taught years ago when in the Navy, was to "aerate the water before dinking". Simply pour it into a cup and pour back and forth a few times between 2 cups, this puts a little more air into the water and removes that 'off taste'.Just remember, it's emergency water and when you need it, you'll be happy you have it.

Great to Have on Hand
I wasn't really sure what to expect with these packets of water. When it arrived, I wasn't sure what it was because the box was big and heavy and I didn't remember ordering anything big and heavy. Alas, 100 packets of water does have some weight to it! The packets are small and hold 4 ounces of water. Each packet is about the size of a taco seasoning package for reference, maybe a little bigger. The size definitely has some advantages. You can easily slip a couple of packets into a waist bag (fanny pack) or other backpack without adding too much weight. They have a 5 year shelf life. The directions say to gently squeeze the packet before opening to make sure that it hasn't been punctured. The water tastes okay. I'm pretty picky about water. I dislike a lot of tap waters. Whenever I visit my Dad in Indiana, I bring my own bottled water. I found it to be palatable. There is a slight taste to it that I can't put my finger on it, but it wasn't bad and I wouldn't hesitate to drink this.
